Roles/Responsibilities:
- Strategically drive sales and business growth within assigned territories, primarily targeting the North-East, with potential national coverage.
- Secure and cultivate key accounts, alongside identifying and acquiring new customer opportunities to achieve sales objectives.
- Forge and maintain robust, long-term customer relationships, ensuring top-tier service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and staff to maximize customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Commit to travel as necessary to foster customer relationships and business growth.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, with a preference for backgrounds in the Pool, Spa, or similar industries.
- Proven record of sales achievements and key account management.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.
- Strong ability to nurture lasting customer relationships.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and independent, self-motivated working style.
- Readiness to travel with valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
