Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Strategically drive sales and business growth within assigned territories, primarily targeting the North-East, with potential national coverage.
  • Secure and cultivate key accounts, alongside identifying and acquiring new customer opportunities to achieve sales objectives.
  • Forge and maintain robust, long-term customer relationships, ensuring top-tier service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and staff to maximize customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Commit to travel as necessary to foster customer relationships and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, with a preference for backgrounds in the Pool, Spa, or similar industries.
  • Proven record of sales achievements and key account management.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.
  • Strong ability to nurture lasting customer relationships.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and independent, self-motivated working style.
  • Readiness to travel with valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
