About the Client:

Roles/Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of underfloor heating systems in the Albany region.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring optimal system selection and installation.
- Develop strong relationships with contractors, architects, and builders to expand market reach.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, specifically in underfloor heating systems or related HVAC products.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the Albany market and its construction industry trends.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region.
