About the Client:

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of underfloor heating systems in the Albany region.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring optimal system selection and installation.
  • Develop strong relationships with contractors, architects, and builders to expand market reach.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, specifically in underfloor heating systems or related HVAC products.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the Albany market and its construction industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region.
