About the Role:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers’ security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our security systems.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of individual customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to close sales while maximizing profitability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through installation and beyond.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and customer interactions, using our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products and services in the market.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as established by management.

About the Candidate 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in alarm security sales or a related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey complex information to customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to overcome objections and secure commitments.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules and attend events as needed.
