Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, building managers, and facility owners.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales of elevators, material lifts, and accessibility solutions.
  • Possess a strong understanding of lifting equipment applications and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate lifting solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products, and customer needs within the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact HVAC sales and solutions.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and service teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and market positioning.

About the Candidate

  • Experience in commercial sales, particularly in the Lift or construction industry, is highly valued. 
  • Skilled in the art of negotiation, closing deals, and upselling products. 
  • Efficiently handling multiple clients and projects at the same time while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to listen to client needs and tailor solutions that best meet their specific requirements. 
  • Capable of addressing client concerns, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to building and maintaining relationships.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and solutions
