Job Title: Relationship Manager
Salary: $60,000 – $100,000 base, OTE up to $200,000+
Reports to: Director of Sales

A Leading manufacturer of K-12 school furniture, cafeteria solutions, and multipurpose furniture. Established in 1981, the company has grown into a key player in the education and commercial furniture markets.
Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with distributors and dealers With an existing client base generating $7 million to $14 million in annual revenue, the primary focus will be on relationship-building, customer support, and business development. This role offers the potential for career growth into regional management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel up to 30% for in-person meetings, training, and support.
- Provide product training and introduce new product lines to customers.
- Work closely with inside sales and customer care teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within the established territory.
- Contribute to achieving the company’s growth target of 5-15% annually.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in relationship-based sales (experience in furniture or education sectors is a plus but not required.
- Stable work history with a strong track record of building long-term client relationships.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel and engage with clients face-to-face.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary between $60,000 and $100,000, with the potential to earn up to $200,000 based on performance.
