Roles/Responsibilitie

  • Strategic Sales Initiatives: Craft and implement forward-thinking sales strategies to draw in new clientele in the waste management arena.
  • Relationship Building: Forge and sustain strong connections with both existing and potential clients, providing customized solutions for waste management needs.
  • Market Insights: Conduct thorough analysis of industry trends to pinpoint new avenues for service offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments to guarantee that all client requirements are addressed with the utmost efficiency and quality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of sales tactics, adjusting plans as needed to achieve objectives.
  • Industry Representation: Act as the face of the company in various forums, enhancing its reputation for excellence in waste management services.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in sales roles, with a preference for experience in the waste management or similar sectors.
  • Deep understanding of various market sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial.
  • Stellar negotiation, communication, and interpersonal aptitude.
  • Capable of both autonomous work and team collaboration.
  • Strong skills in organization and managing time effectively.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a comparable field is desired.
