Roles/Responsibilities
- Spearheaded the promotion and sales of commercial waste management and disposal solutions.
- Engage actively with both prospective and current clients, leveraging the Salesforce CRM tool, ARES, for relationship management.
- Act as the primary liaison for an established clientele, addressing their needs and ensuring service satisfaction.
- Allocate 70% of your time to on-site visits within your territory for client engagement and market exploration, with the remaining 30% dedicated to office-based activities such as team collaboration and strategic account planning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue goals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and training to continually expand knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- Preferably over two years of experience in outside sales or B2B roles, demonstrating strong initiative and creativity.
- Background in the Solid Waste sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding individual and team sales quotas.
- A Bachelor’s degree is favored.
- Must possess reliable personal transportation.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights into pipeline progress and market trends.
- Maintain customer relationships after the sale to encourage repeat business and referrals.
