Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Initiate new business outreach through various channels including calls, emails, and direct visits.
  • Identify and develop additional sales opportunities within the existing clientele.
  • Maintain and report on sales activity, trends, and progress to management.
  • Aim to boost company revenue and profitability by expanding the client base.
  • Participate actively in industry marketing and networking events.

Qualifications:

  • A strong track record in sales or business development roles.
  • Prior experience in the janitorial or service industry is a plus but not essential.
  • Ability to effectively generate leads, maintain client relationships, and finalize deals.
  • Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
  • Well-organized with proficient time-management capabilities.
