Roles/Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to achieve regional sales targets.
 - Secure new customers and grow business with existing clients in CO, AZ, NM, and UT.
 - Serve as the main contact for customers within the territory, fostering strong relationships with key accounts.
 - Market and educate on product lines through various channels, ensuring widespread market penetration.
 - Analyze local market trends to strategize and execute growth plans.
 - Recommend product solutions based on customer needs.
 - Engage in industry events to promote products.
 - Report on sales outcomes and collaborate with peers to achieve sales quotas.
 
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
 - At least 3 years of B2B sales management experience, preferably in HVAC/Plumbing via wholesale distribution.
 - Proven ability to train and lead a national sales force of independent manufacturers’ reps.
 - Strong communication, multitasking, and public speaking skills.
 - Ability to develop effective working relationships and work independently.
 - Preference for applicants residing in CO, AZ, NM, or UT.
