Roles/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for AHU products in the Jacksonville market.
 - Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
 - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
 - Understand customer needs and provide tailored AHU solutions.
 - Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure client satisfaction.
 - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
 - Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
 - Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the HVAC industry, specifically with AHUs.
 - Excellent leadership and team management skills.
 - Strong understanding of the Jacksonville market and client needs.
 - Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
 - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
